Urbanization is the phenomenon of the development of human habitat, in the form of cities. These urban units now comprise more than half the world’s population, and the sometimes anarchic development of cities creates serious problems that can affect the quality of life of the population. Pollution, transport, health and social facilities, schools, are permanent challenges for the authorities of all countries.
